Marc Mero is dedicated to empowering people to make positive choices every day of their lives.
The message:
Former WWE Wrestling champion, Marc Mero, is now championing positive choices for families across the country. Marc, the founder of Champion of Choices, Inc. works with nonprofit organizations and churches to educate and motivate people of all ages to make positive life choices.
Having been in the live entertainment industry for more than a decade, Marc draws from his life story to share a message of tragedy and triumph, victory and defeat, and God’s mercy. Audiences around the country and across the globe relive Marc’s story during a live 60-minute presentation. He speaks candidly and frankly about his rise to fame and fortune, while continuing to make choices that negatively impacted his personal life and career.
Following a series of personal tragedies including the loss of more than 30 friends and family members due to lifestyle choices and negative behaviors, Marc recommitted his life to Christ. At this point, he was compelled to reach out to young people (and their parents) to encourage them to set goals, reaffirm or find their faith, and live compassionate Christ-centered fulfilling lives.
Marc Mero's message is changing the lives of congregations at every stop. During a recent visit to Russia, more than 400 people gave their lives to Christ and received the gift of salvation. According to Marc, “today, I am able to put my choices, good and bad, into perspective. It is clear that God saved me for a purpose. If I can change one person's life, my life has not been in vain.”
